Free PLR & Sound Bath - Mental Health Initiative Los Angeles

Sound hypnosis uses sound to aid in relaxation, deep meditation, and the hypnotic process. It often involves music, binaural beats, or sound frequencies designed to facilitate a trance-like state, making it easier for the subconscious mind to engage with therapeutic processes. This method can be used for many purposes, including stress reduction, personal growth, and emotional healing.
Free Bio-Well Scans - Mental Health Initiative, Los Angeles

With our Bio-Well technology, participants will get real-time reports & feedback on what factors - positive and negative - affect their stress and state of energy. Our stress levels impact how effectively we process trauma and grief. The report will provide an accurate impression of their energy, stress levels, the influence of different situations and stimuli. Our team of psychotherapists and life coaches will work with the participants to create an action plan for their day-to-day transformation and trauma healing.
Sports For Solar Africa
March 1st, 2025
On March 1, we will be in the informal settlement in South Africa, playing Tennis and Soccer with the children who live in this neighborhood. We are clearing out debris, dirt, shrubs and rocks to create a tennis court where the children will participate in tournaments, earning solar lights for their families, lighting their homes for the first time. During the week of April 14th, we will be in Sofia, Bulgaria, working with local schools on educating children about Renewable sources of energy through Soccer events. Donate to the Sports for Solar Program here.
Back to School Resource Fair,

Back to School Resource Fair provides underserved children with the tools essential for school success including Free Physical Exams, Free Dental Exams, Free Haircuts, Educational Workshops, Backpack Giveaways, School Supply Give Away, Free Self-Defense Music therapy and more. Children attending the Resource Fair come from some of the poorest areas of the city. Many students show up at schools with empty backpacks because their families simply can’t afford to purchase everyday school supplies. Everyday items that we believe to be easy to come by are much harder for low-income families to purchase every year for their children. The Resource Fair aims at reducing the burden of school expenses to these low-income families. Our nonprofit and government partners set up counters to educate the parents about crucial services needed throughout the school year and how and where to find these services at discounted rates.

Christmas Meals 2024
December 25th, 2025
On Christmas Day, we set up community kitchens and serve hundreds of warm meals to children from shantytowns and underserved communities. We combine warm hearty meals with a gift of portable solar light to bring light to these homes. You can Donate to the Christmas Meals program here.
