Your Perception of the world is what shapes your reality. When you discover how to effectively choose your perceptions, you change your ability to cultivate happiness. Every thought and emotion has its own vibrational frequency or wave frequency. In this workshop, you will learn to dissect your thought process to understand why you react to outside situations, the way you do and create a practice that will allow you to convert negative thoughts to positive ideas and stressful situations into pleasant experiences. Changing your perception doesn’t necessarily mean you ignore all the negative things going on around you, but it does mean that you choose to use the science behind thoughts to take the “glass is half full” approach to life. Our brains and bodies do their best to help us out, but due to the limited scope of the rational thinking brain, we end up having meltdowns, lash out at others, get addicted to things, or shut down completely at the worst possible moments.
